Only a short time after buying their three-bedroom, semi-detached house, the Morleys welcomed their first child into the world. They knew they would need more space to give their new-born plenty of room to play in, but they couldn’t face moving again, especially as they had really grown to love the house. Thankfully, they had some scope to extend, and were inclined to do that as they knew it would bring their home and garden closer together.
Once they had browsed online, it confirmed to them that extending was the route to take. One extension drew their attention, which included an open-plan kitchen diner, as it would provide them with a location for cooking and dining in, as well as be somewhere they could keep their baby boy entertained. The design team created a very similar design.
