New Build Orangery with Tiled Roof

To be guaranteed the exact amount of thermal efficiency throughout the entire lifespan of an orangery, it helps to have an UltraRoof…

Most of us know someone who owns a home extension that they rarely get to use because it offers poor insulation. That was the primary reason why the lucky owner of this brand-new orangery chose to have a tiled roof featured into the design, a roofing system that leads the way in roofing technology. The tiles and slates on the roof look so genuine and it’s no surprise as they were specially designed to mimic the appearance of real tiles and slates. They help the orangery blend in effortlessly with the property.

Though the tiled roof ensures the orangery is suitably cool in hot weather, a bit of added ventilation doesn’t do any harm, which comes via the three top opening windows. To provide direct accessibility from the orangery to the garden and patio areas, French doors were also integrated into it. So that they can show off the orangery at night to the outside world, two external light fittings were put in by our electricians. A sufficient amount of light hits the space in the day time due to the ability of the two rectangular glass panels to offer the sun a passage indoors. The panes also afford users of the orangery with a captivating aerial view, including the two children, who love using the orangery as a little playroom for themselves.
